It's really ridiculous to end up in 2 on 4 and 3 on 4 matches constantly when you require comp play for certain weapons. the lower number of players should never lose points as it's so unfair to begin with.

12 RespostasThe problem with a team who has a quitter not losing points: You go in with a fireteam and you are about to lose the game. One of your players is the designated quitter as they don't care about their rank. And now you've cheated the system unless there is a stricter ban on quitters.

3 RespostasThere's pretty much nothing that can be done. It's not matchmaking it's losers quitting on you when they see a group running meta or a stack. They just quit. Can't make it to where the lower count team doesn't lose points, because then every team will have a designated quitter and abuse that to avoid losing points. Can't add someone into your game to fill the spot, because then people would cry about being added into losing games, basically throwing away points. The only thing you can do is play it like it was intended. With a full group. Can't load in to a quitter if you have 4 in your fireteam. If you insist on running solo, unfortunately this is something you'll just have to deal with. It's lame, but it is what it is. Highly recommend just using the lfg, you'll never be on the short end of this problem again. Seems like an easier fix than complaining on the forums(which isn't unjustifiable, it does suck) and hoping for a miracle fix that's never going to happen.

If they leave in the first minute, the match should end like in OW. I've had too many games start a player down on either side because someone left before we even flew in. Shouldn't happen.
-
I think sometimes people change their mind at the last second, too late to quit, start flying in, then change character.
-
They should definitely call mismatch and return to orbit if the first round starts short players.
-
2 RespostasProblem, they do not know how, no way, because if they did they would have done it by now.

2 RespostasIt’s so annoying when it happens in gambit as well

What about 1 on 4

It's something that needs some attention but there's little that can be done. The game can't account for people lagging out or leaving while flying in. It won't know if someone will leave mid game. Plus if they take away a loss penalty when down on numbers. It's open for abuse with people getting paid to carrying others to higher ranks.
-
It sucks whenever that happen. Even when i am in the winning team it sucks 100%%%%
-
It would be an interesting issue to fix, since most of the time people leave while the game is loading into the match, so the game would have to be paused the second you load in to find other players.
-
I dealt with it just like everyone else. Bungie cannot stop people fron cutting off their consoles to leave a match. All part of the game
-
But what about 1 on 4?

1 ResponderEditado por Krantzstone: 6/2/2019 12:09:40 AMThey should weight the points different for one-sided matches where the losing team is missing players, so that for every person they are missing from their team, they get bonus points for every kill on the opposing team/for successfully completing objective. You can bet cheaters will stop DDoSing the opposing team if doing so means that the team that is short players will get bonuses to points.
