Basically the only thing "exotic" about Whisper now (aside from it's appearance) is that it's version of Box Breathing doesn't reset after each shot.
So I guess that's something.

You use a 4x4 on rough terrain, is that breaking the driving experience or just fun, according to Bungie that's bad and 4x4s need to be nerfed. Outbreak prime is next, so the question is why spend time and money obtaining something when you have no idea if Bungie are going to make it worthless? Skull is again situational, and only really comes into it's own when Nova Bomb works properly. The tracking on it is a joke in Pve, that and an ogre can pretty much one shot it out of the air saw that in chasm of screams a lot. Bungie used to be Britta Perry. This now proves they've gone full Ben Chang.

Those 18-24 shots are going to be much more damage coming from a whispered breathing whisper, but I’m still not 100% on board with the change. It definitely won’t feel the same, idk why they brought the OG hammer perk back if they [i]knew[/i] it’d be problematic.
