Dude, Bungie has followed their road map. Just because BioWare sucks doesn’t have anything to do with Bungie.
While this season is pretty weak next month is shaping up to be very good.
The next year, or parts of it, may be weak but that’s ok because they are focusing on D3. The hope is without Activision but with Luke Smith in charge they can take longer to make D3 better.
I’ve been playing Destiny since Alpha (on PS4 for you fact checkers) and this game has consistently produced such great content, although some better than others. I am hopeful for the future.
Also, I thought I’d hate Gambit Prime because I’m not a big fan of Gambit but I was wrong. It’s pretty decent. Reckoning though I dont much care for.

I don’t recall any road maps existing back then nor do I recall any changes.

Anything Luke Smith does is pretty much shit. He isn’t the purveyor of Destiny, he rode on someone else’s coat tail and made that creation into the game we now know. He’s never going to let this game be fun because to him making video games is a business. If he’s running things I can all but guarantee that D3 will be equally shitty.

Luke Smith seems to get credit for Taken King and Forsaken: the two best periods in Destiny’s history.

Those weren’t his ideas.. it was all Joe Staten who left after Bungie cut up his game up and made it into the absolute mess D1 was. None of D1 had anything to do with Luke Smith, with the exception of Eververse and all the idocracy the came with micro transactions. All he did was send out chopped up content from the original game. In my opinion, Luke Smith ruined Destiny and turned it into the bullish!t game it is now. That’s why I never play D2
