Account got Closed and dunno why

Today I got the message after the connection is done screen where you normally get to the char selection screen my account was blocked and I do not know why that is
I've done nothing wrong just wanted to sign up and play again and nothing I've done everything is just to change my pw because I forgot that
what should I do now there is no support except this
