As you've already seen the support page, they do not discuss bans. They won't hear your case or tell you why. You've been banned and that's for life.

Bungie does not discuss bans and will not lift them. PC Bans are usually due to 3rd party software, such as cheat engine, running in the background. The system detects the software and bans you for it. There's no direct support.
