Bungie I have been anticipating a bump in the power of attunement of Chaos for some time now. Days before forsaken I learned of contraverse hold and was ecstatic. It was for sure going to be my main class.
Pre forsaken 2.0 patch was fantastic. My grenades felt reliable and powerful. My playstyle relies on abilities over gunplay. Area denial and high damage abilities for majors
After forsaken the Granade damage bonus was brought down to 20% over 30% increase to damage. Making them not nearly as applicable.
Now that attunement of fission has been introduced it now oversaturates the crucible, as it doubles as a handheld shotgun that instantly kills guardians and a zoning, roaming super capable of taking on an entire team. Why bring attunement of chaos down? Maybe Voidwalkers play voidwalkers in Destiny 1 because of their ability to ALWAYS have a very effective utilitarian grenade loaded at all times. Att. Of Chaos provided that power fantasy.
You made it great and instantly took it away. Not even allowing it to be tested against the new subclasses. It has lost it's identity as the high damage ability based subclass that voidwalker lore suggests. And all that power has been handed to attunement of fission. Anyway. I wont drone on.
