Weird that you got that Cloudflare error right at that moment. I think you were just immensely unlucky.
That said, that verification link is [i]definitely[/i] broken. I'm going to file a bug, but I don't have a solution for you right at this morning. I'll poke you if I get more information from the engineer that gets assigned to this.

Same here I have the same Cloudflare error. After that I can't access to all Bungie.net website during a certain period.

I just tested today and it seems to work. I had a page wich said the verification was sucessful.
