Petition to rework Astrocyte Verse!
If you haven't seen the video or tried this exotic out, please watch the video above.
Astrocyte Verse was supposed to have an amazing perk that increased blink range and lowered it's cooldown.
Now it's perk is almost unnoticeable.
Sign here if you what Bungie to rework this beautiful helmet so you can both look and feel like a badass as you blink throughout the Destiny World!
Edit 1: I'm not saying that it should get the old perk. I'm just saying it needs something better than what it currently has

Honestly I like it, it's aesthetically an amazing exotic and if you like to play without an exotic carrying you this is a very nice exotic to have.

Astrocyte Verse - Each Blink performed begins health regeneration. The perk is called "Move to survive" so it makes sense, plus Warlocks dont have an exotic to make use of their high recovery. Transversive Steps - Keep the same two perks it currently has, but make it so crouch walking causes an enemies radar to be reversed. So imagine you're in a private match and you are staring someone in the face. Obviously on their radar it would show them you are right in front of them. As soon as you crouch, on their radar you appear to be behind them, despite remaining in the same spot. The perk is called "Strange Angles". Lets really make an exotic that can cause some mind games with your enemies. Edit - Can we change that stupid chest piece Alchemist's Rainment to actually do something? Chance to get glimmer on primary ammo pickup? Get out of here with that garbage. Edit 2 - Apparently people really enjoy using Transversive Steps. I've personally never found a use for them.

Honestly blink distance should be back. Just put distance in so that the exotic perk isnt worthless. Put same blink but just add a little more distance is plenty enough for it to be worthy of the title "exotic"

18 RespostasKnucklehead radar, radiant dance machines, arachnid, tarantella, achlyophage symbiote, skyburners annex , dont touch me arms and lucky raspberry. That is 70% of all the hunter exotics. Can you guess what they all have in common? Yup they suck. Every single one. Radiant dance machines are good but they suck compared to the new titans boots which do the same thing but wayyy better and more. They are worse than some legendary armours, literally WORSE. Some even make it harder to play your class like the arachnid helmet which disorients you when u use your super. And the good hunter exotics are super generic like gain an Additional jump is the best exotic hunter armor piece, wow so spectacular. Khepris sting is the best most well rounded exotic ( in terms of uniqueness ) but its not as good as an additional jump i guess. You guys get one bad exotic and BAM! the forums explode, if this helmet gets buffed then all the exotic armors i mentioned AND MORE on the titan and warlock also need a buff.. We already know they wont buff them though because god forbid that there be a positive to using an exotic -_-

3 RespostasTwilight Garrison needs to be rebuffed to 2 pulses again. I mean it's a terrible exotic now. Was the closest thing titans had to a blink. Now it's nothing more than a shoulder charge that does no damage. Yeah yeah shade step I get it. But one disadvantage is you need to be in the air. Easy to get shot. Second. You are visible during burst unlike shade step where you turn invisible for a second.

Nope. Just nope. If they do that then they have to rework most of the Hunter exotics too. We've been dealing with this trash for too long.

1 ResponderI haven't found a single exotic armor piece to be useful after year 2 started. It's a shame... The closest they come for warlocks are nothing manacles and impossible machines. Hunters new shinobus vow does seem pretty OP in crucible. It's like a super buffed nothing manacles with extreme tracking... That shit followed me across the room. And twilight Garrison was good for Titans but here's the thing... None of that matters for PVE the good PVE exotics area thing of the past. Saint 14 remains the most useful I can think of since sunsingers and praxic fire are nerfed to hell.
