I was meandering through my grimoire, when I noticed that I do not have the Khvostov Manual page 90 grimoire card. I have completed the Khvostov quest and currently have a fully leveled exotic khvostov, so I am not sure what may be causing me to not have the card. I would like to know if anyone knows of how to get this page. If it is bugged then I hope Bungie sees this and fixes it, I like having a full grimoire. However, if this page is achieved through other means, I would like someone to reassure me of that so I can go look for it on my own.
