Make Gjallerhorn great again?
Alright, so, me and a number of people have pre-ordered Rise of Iron (hype train woo wooooo) partially because of the fact that the oh so coveted Gjallerhorn will be making a return. But the last time Gjallerhorn was seen, the wolf-themed powerhouse had been hit with a pretty bad nerf. I was wondering if whether the iron Gjallerhorn was planned to be more like the pre-nerf Gjallerhorn or the post-nerf Gjallerhorn. And if it will be more like post-nerf Gjallerhorn, can it return to its former glory? Pretty please with glimmer on top?

In a way I don't feel anything for the pre nerf gjally based on the fact that people looking for groups only inviting if you had 1 ( I had 1 before you start :p )

I see 2 possibilities: 1) Gjallarhorn will be strong, but hold only 4 rockets 2) Gjallarhorn will remain in its weakened state, but hold 7-8 rockets Personaly, I believe it will be further weakened and hold 8 rockets.

12 RespostasAll exotics that were nerfed were partly nerfed so that they can be brought back without the cry of 'help, please nerf this'. It is my strong belief that Thorn and gally will not be returned to their former glory in RoI. One by one, all exotics are starting to suck, so don't get your hopes up.

3 RespostasIt better not be as bad as the previous version. I used it against Crota for old times sake, and the wolf pack rounds did NOTHING. If the Iron Gjally is as bad, I'll probably just take an axe to my game disc and mail it to bungie.

They won't un-nerf it. Its going to be available to everyone. If you have the best weapon widely available, if it is as powerful as it was before, PVE would be entirely broken.

I still use mine when dicking around in the crucible. Get messages all the time for making people laugh by smoking them with the gally. Still fun as hell to use.

I highly doubt it even shoots rockets. Its tracking cluster bombs prolly target you as well lol. They nerfed it so hard. Nerfed damage and gave your tracking cluster bombs RNG on wether or not they track the target. Im still butt hurt over it lol.

It is still the best launcher in the game.

The Gally in its prime was a wonder to behold in PVE when you needed to clear out a bunch of enemies. First time I used it a big smile cam across my face😀. If it comes back and has the same WOW effect I'll be happy
