Can we make the chaperone 'Rez Snipe' ? Please!!
I've had the chaperone for a long time and I just recently started using it. After playing a few rounds of elimination, I think one of the benefits for a slug round on a shot gun should be to 'rez snipe'. It wouldn't make it OP, no one really uses it anyways. This might at least get some more people using this dubbed useless gun.
My bad, I shoulda done more testing.
Edit: it CAN Rez snipe with the roadborn perk active!!!!!

I agree somewhat. The only thing I think the chaperone needs is more range. It is constantly beat out by legendaries or the UR. What's the incentive of using a shotgun that prioritizes range, but can't outdistance legendaries? Just doesn't make sense to me. As for precision damage I think a little more wouldn't hurt. You can 1 shot and melee a self Rez, as long as the one shit is a crit.

10 RespostasShould make Queenbreaker, too. It's basically a low-impact sniper rifle. If you're able to get the timing down and get a headshot on a recently-revived player, I see no reason for it to not kill them.

It can res kill u just need to have the road born perk active ive done it and i was surprised myself but i do agree it needs a buff in some areas it is my favorite exotic shotty and for legendary its my party crasher bcuz i dont have to take up an exptic slot while using it but i have a good eyasluna soo im good (check my hunter if ur interested

2 RespostasAlso, can it just get a slight impact boost so it's competitive with God rolled PC+1 types... Busted my ass to get this thing and have adapted my playstyle for it... But when it comes to around the corner point blank twitch plays, if I line up and pull the trigger first, I should get the kill--or we should both b slivered after the first shot. Just point blank range only... Have it drop off quickly to reinforce that it takes planning and precision shots. But if I drive a slug through someone's heart from a yard away, I don't see why they should live and then I die from a OH from their legendary pellet shotgun

5 RespostasPeople don't use it because you actually have to aim with it, doesn't make it underpowered. To make it able to res snipe you have to increase the damage it does, and doing that would make it overpowered.

Agreed. If you're dumb enough to revive someone while an enemy is in shotgun range you deserve to get put back in the ground.

1 ResponderSome people do use it, and it's great. There's no reason it shouldn't one-shot a ress snipe. There are other Shotguns that can with basic Legendary perks. This gun should be designed to scale Precision Damage to make Precision Shots a 1HKO under the same circumstances of most Snipers. If Yasmin can ress snipe, Chaperone ought to ress snipe.

I use it. With great precision. I've gotten the perk to pop 3 times now. It's pretty hard though.
