Campus carry is not new, and Russian Roulette has not occurred. To legally carry concealed on campus, you must be licensed. This means you are 21 or older, have received training, and been the subject of a background check.

They never drink heavily or party too hard.

Yes but drinking while carrying a firearm is an arrestable offense. Even carrying a firearm in to a bar or nightclub will land said person in jail and have the rights to carry taken away.
