No. Yes you have to have the light level 335 or whatever armor and you can't buy that. You could get a perfect roll of amor for PvP and just infuse it since it is now 1:1. It is technically not pay to win, but the decesions are so deliberate and obvious. Also for regular crucible light levels do not matter. [i]"Yeah but who cares about normal crucible!"[/i] I do, Trials is only around for a few days, Iron Banner is a monthly event that lasts a week. So the primary PvP mode is regular crucible, where the light level if your armor and weapons does not matter.
