Really is it that hard to find a group?
I bought an Xbox in the belief id be playing an active game that jus recently came out, but led to playing on my own pretty much 75% of the time with pugs. To a point where I'm looking to raid now but I've spent the past month wondering how people get into groups in first place.
No one plays on any planet so can't really do those queens quests solo.
No one really replying to messages when j add them after playing strikes.
No one really making an effort to play with new players.
The game being seriously poor in accessibility in terms of match making and just fluent and easy socialising, it's a joke!
So I'm sat here just doing dailies, do vanguards and scratch my balls and wait for someone to play with,
Try the apps such as lfg and this to find a group to play with, with no avail, the fact you need to have an app to play with people bungle has choked its own game!
I don't understand how I'm supposed to play this game to its full value especially when I work and come back wanting to play the game but can't because its core infrastructure is so limiting, I.e only way of communicating is via microphone but 80% of people don't even turn team channel on!

I feel so bad for newcomers. , i used to play beta all the way through to taken king Finally selling this crap back to game stop after hitting 308 or so. I was alone in beginning but people were very engaging in beginning. I met most people on crota raids, and atheon. We would add each other like crazy. It was great! Something changed for worse in taken king. People were competitive, it demanded to much time to wait for so called " friends"people left out of frustration and boardom. It was longer fun pvp was obviously the way to go in bungies eyes and that does not promote gaming buddies in arms! Glitches, don't get me started that threw me out to exit this hamster wheel joke of shame, anyway good luck friend hope to see u on game The Division

Yup this is issue number one with allot of players. Some I know stopped playing altogether because of this.

2 RespostasBest advice I can give you is to join a community.. my clan has a group on destiny with 10 to 15 members all the way from newbs to day one players.. some do iron banner all do raids both normal and hard.. mostly casual players all laid back.. plus we all play other games as well.. just hit me up sometime if you are interested in checking us out. Gt is same as here

Try the100.io, have all your friends join one of the groups - they even have groups for raid newbies with Sherpas who will guide you. You'll easily get people on your friend list who play destiny and don't have to bother each time with finding new ones.

8 RespostasLol DUDE, pretty much everyone rocked the campaign solo bar the raids and some strikes. Just do bounties and level ur character .... Weeklys and nightfalls have match making now so you will always find groups. If theres a specific mission you need help with create a forum post with the mission as the title. The accessibility for the game is great your just joining as the game itself is comming to an end. Destiny 2.0 will be out this year and most people will have done all these missions your doing a very long time ago. People will help you but i doubt they will run u through everything. You can EASILY solo the campaign with minimal difficulty

Try the lfg web sites (destinylfg.net, destinylfg.com), the100.io, etc. It's definitely hard to find groups on lfg for the old raids, so for that you might need to consider a clan or group... But for the new raid there are plenty of people running. And if raiding isn't your thing there still seems to be plenty of traffic for quests and other things. Good luck guardian.
