One major issue with fusion rifles is that it is [i]very[/i] perk dependent. For example, pulse and scouts can got such reliable stats on most of them. However, fusion rifles require good perks to flourish and there is literally no fusion rifle worth buying besides Plan C. I was lucky enough to get the Thesan F4 with hot swap and range finder with single point sling, so I made a recent habit of using the rifle and switching to mida with quickdraw perk on. I do this just in case it doesn't give me the OHK. But you just cant get fusion rifles with these kinds of perk. Plan C is the closest reliable FR we have remaining sadly. They need to be buffed in a way that they can do well outside God rolls
