It's an item that's been around since launch day that was originally due out with the trials of Osiris which was also due before the dark below expansion. There was an exotic bounty chain for it as well but it was never released. And the NTTE weapon's inscription of "soon" is a pretty clear indicator.

I'm pretty sure they aren't ever releasing Fate of all fools for everyone in the game. The perk on Jade rabbit is The fate of all fools

The item still won't be available until y3 for Xbox players though.

Yeah due to them being idiots and doing exclusives. I play on PlayStation and the Jade rabbit replaced tlw for my most hated weapon.

The problem isn't that there are exclusives, but rather only exclusives on half of the player base, from a business sense it makes no sense, as you could get more money from having exclusives on Xbox as well.
