This is dumb
But you're not the first person to cherry pick religion and utter fallacies while omitting one of the religion's cornerstones of belief

You can't just throw around big words to try and sound clever. Your post has literally 0 point to it. What are you trying to say?
-
You're trying to bash something and you don't have all the facts about it. Either you're purposefully omitting facts or you're arguing a point you don't understand What big words did I use?
-
What "cornerstones of belief" is he leaving out?
-
The entire aspect of sin
-
He has a point though. If being gay is a sin, why did God create gays?
-
God created everything perfect Sin is what corrupted people, not God
-
God created everything perfect Sin is what corrupted people, not God
So who created sin?
-
Not God By definition, to sin is to err and go against God The first act of rebellion against God was by Satan In our plane of existence, the first act of sin was by Adam
-
Gawd said "Don't eat that apple." Thus became OG sin.
-
Not God By definition, to sin is to err and go against God The first act of rebellion against God was by Satan In our plane of existence, the first act of sin was by Adam
But if God is all-powerful, why doesn't he just remove sin from the world?

Editado por EGO SUM OPTIMUS: 9/16/2015 5:07:33 PMIf God were to destroy sin, we would be among the first things to go. Ever since the Fall of Man, we have become synonymous with sin. It is our nature What God has done, however, is send for us Jesus Christ. His sacrifice became our salvation from sin, a sinless offering for atonement of sinful nature. We are forgiven and our sins can no longer be used as a measure of judgement against us. We are complete sinner, but yet, through Christ, complete saint. This is true for all those who believe by the grace of God. To deny this is refusal of His forgiveness This is what we are taught
We are forgiven and our sins can no longer be used as a measure of judgement against us.
If our sins are forgiven, why does sin still exist?
-
Forgiveness isn't a one and done deal. We are constantly sinning and are in need of forgiveness daily I guess I don't understand the question? Maybe our concepts of sin are different?
-
I'm not bashing anything. I'm simply asking a question!
-
Look at your options and tell me that you're not trying to bash or disprove anything. By voting for any of the choices (save the last one) you are essentially trying to make me admit I'm wrong for having religion None of the options are correct (at least not yet; you'll be the first to know if my ass itches)
-
I see exactly what youre talking about - I'm an atheist - and do agree that this post is basically "I'm a fgt I'm a fgt God doesn't exist No u" But the premise of God's omnipotence and omniscience is questionable as to whether he can make someone straight which is immediately contradicted with the fact of our free will. The only way to resolve this paradox is to say being gay is nonexistent in which the resolution is entirely unneeded. The contradiction between the concept of ultimateness and freedom must be resolved in logical syntax and synthesis of biblical law and unboundedness and unpredictability and the fact that you do not choose to be straight.

For throwing around a lot of big words you do fail at reading properly.
