Depends on what you're talking about. With the exception of the armor piece and gun (which you can buy multiple times if you fancy wasting glimmer) you can only get the tiered rewards once a run. You can only get the chest from flawless once a run (per character of course) random drops throughout trials not included, but it is a crucible game mode after all
