Killing Skolas again for Glitched Cypher does not work. CONFIRMED!!
don't waste your time. i have 2 characters with the glitch and both times killing skolas today did not redrop the cypher and it still glitched at variks. Now im behind on boss point kills. Why are they waiting till next weeks hot fix to address this issue?
