Halo 5 will end Destiny

I have every Halo game and have been on Xbox since 2003 and even I do not believe that. 343 has ruined the franchise. I have no faith in Halo 5.

19 RespostasAfter playing and seeing the travesty that was the Halo 5 beta I am surprised anyone will play Halo 5. 343 took what was once a great game series and ran it into the ground and then took a huge dump on it's grave. Then we get to the trailers which make the story even more confusing than it should be because from what it seems like there will be two stories with two difference ending and we probably won't know which one is real until 6 which is extremely stupid in and of itself. Destiny may not be the greatest game, but Halo 5 will probably not beat it and I am saying this a person that played Halo 1-4, Reach, and Wars because I loved the series.

Doubtful, halo has been on a slow decline since reach. So while it may still be very good, I doubt that it will destroy destiny. The same thing was said with titanfall and how it would destroy cod. Didnt even come close to doing so. People may give activision a lot of ahit, but as a business they make sure their franchises stay consistent and successful.

No it won't. Everytime someone says a game is gonna end destiny, somehow destiny has more players now than ever so my guess is halo 5 will drop and suck because bungie has nothing to do with it anymore and destiny will just get way better with next expansion. The champ will stand till it decides it's done... Which is 10 years

1 ResponderI think the only game that might take down destiny is the new starwars battlefront coming out late this year. I know that will be what takes me away. Have you seen the clips of gameplay yet?? The game looks real plus the gameplay looks even better. My friend is a loyal xbox fan and a even bigger halo fan and he wants nothing to do with the new halo.

I was debating this myself, and thought the same thing because of all the people still using Halo avatars in these forums. I honestly will at least try the game, but won't leave Destiny.
