I have over 10 exotics as well as all the raid weapons. Leveling up does not bother me. It gives a new challenge. If I could continue to use the gear that I had already gotten this game would be over for me and I would not want to play it anymore. Correct me if I am wrong but this type of game FPSMMO is a grinding game which requires you to constantly level up. Thats what this game is all about. If you want to keep your gear you can still do the VOG and all other missions. If you want to play TDB you need to upgrade and level up. I have a titan who only needs to upgrade his boots to be a level 32 and I also have a level 31 hunter and level 31 warlock. This was all done within the 1st 10 days of the release. If you want to level up do it smart. I waited for the DLC drop and saved my vanguard marks and my bounties so that i could cash them all in afterwards. Bought the boots and arms then cashed in bounties and was well on my way to 31. For those who choose to not play smart dont complain about the game. Just dont play it. Great job bungie on a great game. Sure it has its flaws but what doesnt in life. Everything has its flaws nothing is perfect but this is a fun game which i really enjoy playing. I feel i got my moneys worth and will continue to play. Looking forward to the house of wolves and upgrading further.
