Icebreaker deserved to have…
Snapshot, instead we get a filler catalyst

the catalyst is good for dps rotations, it will feel good to have snapshot

3 RespostasI'm assuming you're complaining due to pvp. But in pve the catalyst is a great addition as it basically allows you to use Icebreaker like a primary as long as you run either stasis or Prismatic.
