I don't play hunter, so can't say if there could be a change to make it work.

Based on the way tempest strike hits with it being a ground AoE, you could just immediately go to combo blow x3 in one use by hitting a group. And the way combo blow works is you get healed and a charged melee everytime you kill ONE enemy. It would immedaitely be very busted, but I mean I guess I'll take it? lol
