I select Activate, but it just loads an empty bottle, every time I do it. Before anyone else asks, there is nothing else for me to interact with. The shelves I'm supposed to(?) interact with, I can't interact with them. The only interactions in the room are just Eido, the tonic-making table (I can make "inert" tonics), and the Activate thing.
