Mainly the overshield. It should be 3 or 4 times the hp and given a way to refresh on the fly other than melee (something like solar has). Also, a more reliable way to get destabilizing rounds. The class got eviscerated due to its performance in pvp, but should have never been touched, especially the bubble.

As for PvE, YES. Please buff Void Titan. Holy hell, it has zero survivability despite being the “tank subclass” on the “tank class.”

4 RespostasAgree but you'll get downvoted by the pvp players that only play 5% of the game

Wait… Titan has a void class?

3 RespostasOvershield in PvE in general just needs a buff. If titan needs another way to get volatile rounds, warlock does as well considering instability is both of their only way to get it. Bubble shouldn't need helm for weapons of light.

1 ResponderAgreed. Although I think many areas of Void Titan's kit needs work, buffing Overshields I think is a step in the right direction considering that's Void Titan's whole thing. I say implement Warframe's shield-gating mechanic for Overshields. When they break, they fully absorb the hit that broke the Overshield and the user is granted a second of immunity. Make it so that any Overshield-dependent buffs last during that second of immunity, but for balance also prevent the player from obtaining more Overshield during that duration. Some other buffs I would like to see for various parts of Void Titan's kit: Bastion - Remove the cooldown override, allowing it to match your Barricade’s normal cooldown Controlled Demolition - Reintegrate the old Code of the Commander’s Resupply, allowing you and allies within 40 meters to gain 12.5% ability energy upon activation Unbreakable - Increase its maximum duration to 5 seconds - When using it, combatants are lured to attack it, similar to Threaded Specter - Damage absorbed by the Unbreakable shield cannot kill you (As long as the incoming damage hits the shield, you will always have at least 1HP) - Allow the Unbreakable shield to generate Orbs of Power when blocking damage regardless of which Super you have equipped (Currently, this effect only exists while Sentinel Shield is equipped) - Kills with Unbreakable grant Weapons of Light for one second per kill Sentinel Shield - Increase the damage bonus to allies behind the barrier to 50% Ward of Dawn - Bring back the Weapons of Light buff - Make it so that melee kills while in the dome's perimeter give chunks of Overshield Shield Throw - Increase the amount of Overshield granted on hit - In addition, allow it to grant 10% Melee Energy for each enemy hit - Have its ricochet tracking behavior to match Sentinel Shield’s Shield Throw

1 ResponderI think Overshields just need more PvE only DR. Kick it up to 75% DR (i think that halves the damage compared to now) versus PvE combatants. That 40 HP should be tanky as sin in PvE.

3 RespostasVoid Titan would go crazy if bubble replaced tower barricade and gave a buff depending on the aspect and fragments equipped allowing it to reach its full potential as a reliable saftey / buff area along with it being up more so it plays into the faster paced gameplay of D2. Before any pvp guys say anything it’s a straight up fact more people played and enjoyed crucible when weapons, armor and abilities did out of pocket stuff like ice breaker, uni mote,, helm of saint, and self rez (fundamentally good things not stat monsters)were in the pvp

we purple titans need buffs or increase the limit some of the void titan aspects!

7 RespostasCurrently the best way I find to play void titan is controlled demolition and offensive bulwark, shield bash for the melee with suppression grenade, with the super of choice for an encounter (typically bubble for me), barricade of choice (mostly rally for fast reload for glaive and heavy). Weapons choices being breakneck with demo and pugilist for ability regen, edge of action for overshields and full cover along with allowing safe reviving of teammates, a void heavy of choice. Exotic armor is only doomfang as most void titan armor being complete trash. It helps get consistent supers no matter which one you run and helps buff your heavy and glaive damage without needing armor mods. Fragments are all personal choice, but I run the ones that start regen on melee kill, give an overshield at low health, grants volatile rounds, and lets finishers cause enemies to be volatile. I can answer what my playstyle is and what improvements could be done in a reply to anyone who cares.

I think titans need more work then bungie is prepared to give

4 RespostasThe HP of the OS is concerning. It's already, what 50HP if I remember correctly. 200HP is pushing it. I'd test a little bit and see. I do think Shield Throw NEEDS a buff. It should work like Threaded Spike does for the Hunters.

1 ResponderBubble got nerfed because trials (could have just removed the zones and things would have been fine) Control demolitionist & Twilight arsenal are the best thing on there now Bastion is dead Shield throw was never good even after the buffs No point of running sentinel (or striker or any melee super except Blade fury, Silkstrike)
-
They need a new super. The current one is terrible.
-
3 RespostasThe elitists of both PVE and PVP have deemed it to be OP so its been nerfed in to the ground.
-
With all due respect. These ‘buff Titan, nerf warlock, blabla’ discussions are childish and defo not productive. I think a certain rotation is cool, makes us adapt try out other classes.
-
1 ResponderSomething else worth mentioning is the reason the bubble was changed. Bubble was too good in king of the hill-esq gamemodes. It made sense why. The issue is how hard it is to nerf supers like that and Well without destroying the identity of the super.
-
I'm just glad I'm a Hammer Titan. If I were Void or worse, Arc, I'd be ripping what little hair I have left (Which is none).
-
Definitely agree for pve. PvP would have to stay same though.
-
So Nerf Hunters🤔😂

2 RespostasDoesn't help that the new aspect is crap as well. Granted, yes, the thermite grenade interaction was dealing too much damage for just tapping the button. But with ads being blinded from walking into them with it, you can't aggro ads to shoot you, and teammates killing them, its too hard to build up to the damage. Best that I can think of without reverting the change is to increase damage at lower charge while decreasing max damage. Of all times I've used unbreakable, I've never been able to build a full charge.
