This is of no assistance. As I stated above, I did EVERYTHING restoring my PC to factory included and lost everything youre servers and updates are breaking it.

I've had basically the same error ever since the start of Final Shape. It's really annoying and it's obviously something that's broken since they launched the DLC. At this point the only real option I have is deleting all the temp folder -blam!-, relaunching and going around again. I've written a .bat file to do it all automatically whenever it happens but that's not really acceptable for a modern piece of software. Hopefully the amount of marmot errors on their analytics will spike showing something's wrong.
