the thing that needs nerfed is their mobility or more or less the stat. Not as much as resilience but tweaked to bring them more in line with the other classes base mobility
Some people shouldn't be allowed to have an opinion
Mobility is regarded as the worst of the physical stats(Mob, Res, Rec) by pretty much everyone who plays with any amount of seriousness
At base, both Warlock and Titan are faster than Hunter for getting around the map. Hunter has a more agile jump that can break ankles when used mid-combat

But mobility is the cheapest to buy and makes it easy to get 100 mobility and maximizes dodge, which happens to be the best class ability in the game for PvP. Just grind for armor with big stats in Resilience/Recovery and a total of 50 for mobility, which you upgrade for cheap to 100.

There's a lot that's wrong/irrelevant to unpack here
But mobility is the cheapest to buy and makes it easy to get 100 mobility and maximizes dodge, which happens to be the best class ability in the game for PvP.
Mobility being the cheaper mod doesn't really matter in the grand scheme. The extra mod point isn't nearly as valuable as being able to have higher combat uptime and effectiveness with 100Res/100Rec Dodge definitely isn't the best Class Ability either. It allows you to escape a lane(usually), which is valuable, but doesn't impact the flow of an engagement for both teams in the way that Rift and Barricade do, especially in Objective modes
Just grind for armor with big stats in Resilience/Recovery and a total of 50 for mobility, which you upgrade for cheap to 100
I'm really not hurting for build advice here. The stat problem for Hunter is that Mobility is largely unimpactful outside of Dodge, which means the other two classes can skip it without much thought because speed for them isn't tied to Mobility. Warlocks can even find too much Mobility detrimental for going faster Main issue for me is that Warlock and Titan don't have to make meaningful sacrifices when it comes to stat allocation, whereas Hunters do
-
Since we are assuming there is no meaningful benefit to each class ability over another: Make the cool down for class abilities the same for each class, as well as activation time and animation, then tie it to the same stat for every class ie. resilience.
-
100% this. If anything, I feel like they need to make mobility more valuable like tying it to air effectiveness. That way, titans and warlocks will also invest in this stat instead of just hunters.
-
Honestly they need to make mobility affect sprint speed. Start small, though. 10% at max. Go up by 5 until you find a good balance.
-
Yeah, a little sprint speed couldn't hurt. Especially considering it's a stat that caps pretty easy for most classes
-
It also makes it an actual stat for Titans and Warlocks, even if it is just a little bit. It's a throwaway right now. Hunters are kinda forced into it for most builds.
