Hi there!
Please try clearing your console cache.
1. Power down the console
2. Once the console is completely powered down, unplug the power cord from the back of the console
3. Let the console sit unplugged for at least 5 minutes
4. Plug the power cord back into the console and power it on
5. Re-launch the Destiny game

Please try cold booting your network equipment. 1. Power off your XBOX console 2. Unplug the power from both your modem and router and leave them unplugged for at least 5 minutes. 3. Plug your modem back in and let it fully boot up. 4. Plug your router back in and let it fully boot up. 5. Power your console back on and try again.
