Why not just make everything free, like Warframe?
English
-
Yeah and there will be a backlash’ over getting free exotics and raid gear for no work.
-
-
One major problem with that is PvP, it opens the floodgates to even more cheaters. Plus imagine how much worse micro transactions would become if it all became completely free.
-
I disagree. There's a business expression that states: "You get what you pay for." Free to play typically results in the growth of microtransactions and commercials, and the demise of content you don't pay for.
-
I'm aware, it was sarcasm; none of that seems to stop people from wanting that though, does it?
-
Oh so you want participation handouts then’ I worry about the youth of tomorrow expecting to get! everything easy without working hard for it.
-
Are you for real? Do you not know the meaning of the word sarcasm? Try looking it up next time before making yourself look like a fool. Also, don't presume to know sh*t about me. I haven't been a youth in decades and worked my *ss off for what I have.
-
Neither do you so don’t make posts like this’ if you don’t want to be roasted and please spare me with your educational claptrap nonsense.
-
I didn't presume anything; you demonstrated a lack of understanding as to what sarcasm is. You should take your own advice though, and not make posts like yours unless you wanted to be roasted. There's an expression: "It's better to remain silent and be thought stupid than to speak and remove all doubt." Words you should consider taking to heart.
-
You like a broken record’ by repeating yourself over and over again it gets exhausting again stop with this educational claptrap it’s boring and full of nonsense.
-
Having just read another of your riveting posts in a separate thread, I believe I understand the issue now; you're an idiot. The world makes sense yet again.
-
Ok then you’re an pathetic clown 🤡 bye bye you’re blocked and reported
-
Whatever shall I do..........

Honestly in a way, I think them pulling a Warframe and making the micro-transactions be only on the cosmetics would be fine. Yes there is the problem of cheaters flooding in for PvP, but for one I don't care about PvP at all, and two it's not like the paywall has ever stopped them before seeing how the current Crucible is. If all the micro-transactions were just for the cosmetic items in Eververse, I think people would be much more willing to support the company rather than feel forced to in order to continue playing the game and getting more out of the story and such.
