I'm assuming xbox? If you get put into a queue and then get a message saying the servers aren't up, then you need to apply the newest patch from today. It wasn't showing up for us on xbox today and we were stuck in that loop. Should be available now, be warned, when I updated it messed up and uninstalled the entire game. Reinstalling 132gb now 🤦♂️
