Menagerie has more content and replayability than all three lightfall seasons combine

It really was a great piece of content with a lot of cool challenges attached to it also, had fun knocking them out with friends - 3 man runs and flawless etc

If it were to be released today the community would crucify it. It was loaded with reused assets and mechanics. The pointless running between encounters. If people had to use a third party to look up a recipe to slot runes they would have a meltdown. Don’t get me wrong, I definitely enjoyed it. Still overrated.

I don’t think it was overrated at the time but just my opinion on what I’ve seen. Yeah the community would complain about reused assets if they brought it back, I personally would prefer it over any seasonal activity to date. It’s menagerie level of quality gameplay and importantly replay ability that people want to return. Bungie didn’t make it by themselves though iirc.

Menagerie was extremely overrated. It was excellent but people keep talking like it was revolutionary.

That's why they vaulted it, can't have high quality content in the game for comparison
