Lost Ghost Trace (Possible) Bug
Let me preface this by saying my RNG could just be that bad.
I have been farming the moon stuff for the title and have completed all but 1 lost ghost. The week before last I accidentally chose the pit of Heresey ghost which I collected and got a triumph for "locating the last of the dead ghosts" when in actuality I still have the 9th ghost to do. I have been farming chests, patrols and helium coils for hours this reset and last whilst only finding rice cakes (which I've already finished). I've tried all of my characters (all finished SK campaign) and it just won't drop.
Is my RNG that bad or is it not dropping as I found the last ghost before the 9th one?
