Hey!
So.. I'm not the best player in the community to start with, I just want to give feedback about trials:
The current MM is much better than it was the last time I tried it (months ago), but it needs big improvements to be enjoyable for the average players who do not have the goal or skill to go flawless.
Losing round after round, going 0-5 multiple times is not fun but inevitable in a game mode where the main goal is to win 7 in a row, I get that but a fighting chance would be nice.
I'm okay with taking the L as long as I don't get roflstomped all the time as THAT is frustrating.
Playing against players with several dozen flawless card completions is not good as a trials beginner, we must get an mmr which puts us on the lower end.
Google tells me trials mm prioritizes cbmm while it also takes card stats into account (which is simply not true OR the system gives up on the card state very quickly to favour the connection quality which is okayish, but at the moment it feels like the amount of wins and losses gets ignored almost immediately after queuing so we face much better players until the end of time.
Please consider changing it slightly, I'd rather wait a minute or two but have a higher ROUND win ratio than 10%.
I know git gud, trials is already ruined by crybabies like myself etc-etc please keep the comments civil.
Thank you for reading and I hope you have a great weekend :)

16 RespostasNo. As you said you are "not the best" then you know you are not good enough to play Trials and win. The only skill based matchmaking in Trials is YOU deciding that you are good enough to play and win. This has been the case since year one of D1. If you want to go to the Lighthouse you have to prove you are worthy by defeating all opposition no matter what skill level they are. Bungie won't hold your hand all the time and give you easy victories. So practice until you are good enough to play and win or stay out of Trials and except that everything in D2 is not fir everyone.
