Hey Guys, Where Did Everybody Go?
Like, there's not a lot of players on Destiny 2, I saw a lot more during the festival.

It's the end of season apathy, with there being nothing left to do till the last week most are probably playing other games till the final week. While those that remain are just chilling or are trying to complete their remaining seasonal objectives and whatnot.

Better games maybe? Better games with events actually working? Games that aren't this soulless? God of War which I heard is extremely good? Games with devs that actually give a damn about their userbase? Just to name a few

Nothing to really do. Season kind of sucks/is boring. Season was definitely grind.on top of grind and expect more grind when the end of season starts. Also what everyone else says which is part of the boring grind core playlist is boring and repetitive and needs attention/added content i.e. more/new strikes/crucible/gambit maps.

3 RespostasThe game is dead. Sbmm and quit penalty in QP and invis hunter being the only thing kids play killed destiny. Plus every damn legendary weapon or exotic requires a quest pretty dumb

Would help if the CORE playlists that are always there wouldn't be empty, abandoned pieces of trash which are left behind since 2017. I'd play pvp every day if it wasn't abandoned and terribly balanced. But this way i get to play actually fun games and don't "have" to play this soulless money milking gacha game for more than an hour per week :)

I kind of just don't care about this game anymore. After the story line, it's just the same old thing we've been doing for years, hell, even the story line is extremely repetitive. I don't care about acquiring weapons and armor, I don't even care about finishing the season pass, I'm half way through the pass and don't care if I even finish it. The game is just boring.

We're bored amd have already done everything. So we are taking breaks to play other games or whatever.

6 RespostasEnd of a season, multiple new games out and some players are frustrated with different aspects of the game and are burned out. Numbers will bounce back if Black Armory weapons are released this coming season. I can’t wait to craft a Blast Furnace and a Kindled Orchid.

1 ResponderPeople bored and tired. D2 has very solid foundation of guns and now subclasses. But it is missing quality content that is accessible. So many strikes and crucible maps are the same as when D2 released. Raids are not accessible to most people. And the repetitive seasonal content on top of the seasons basically repeating just with a different coat of paint. As far as story, we get dialogue and voice overs. Hardly any new cutscenes and it’s all very forgettable. Maybe the big expansion next year will change a lot of this but who knows.

MW2, God of War, literally any and all the new games releasing this month. Personally I’ll be ditching destiny in favor of Pokémon on the 18th. That being said this season should have ended at the start of this month.

The PvE grind is too unrewarding for the effort and people get tired of playing a PvP that inherently pre-determines matches.
