Anyone else notice how these Exotics seem to get the short end of the stick in regards to catalysts? The catalysts for all exotic heavy grenade launchers provide no stat increase and all the catalysts does us give the "deep pockets" perk which only slightly increases mag size. Kinda feel like aside from Anarchy most of these heavies don't really stand out, kinda hope that at some point Bungie gives them a little love at some point.

Parasite is fun, its only good at short range though. I took it into Gambit, its so funny when the invader thinks he has you with his shotgun or pops a super and you bloop a worm out and send his corpse flying away, good times.

Most exotic heavy GLs feel pretty forgettable/niche in general tbh. Most people forget Prospector even exists, and Colony's too weak to use seriously outside of PvP. Salvation's Grip is almost never brought up unless you're trying to exploit (or in the rare case you actually use it for a jumping puzzle). What we're left with is Anarchy and Parasite, and Anarchy was a clear outlier due to the sheer dominance it had for 2 years (putting even D1Y1 Gjallarhorn to shame).

Outside of reload speed, a stat buff would be next to useless on heavy GL's. If you want different catalysts, cool. Agree Stat buffs aren't the way to go.

2 RespostasYeah. ...and anarchy dominated the game for two years, and ended up having to be nerfed into the ground.
-
2 RespostasYeah the early ones sucked, right now the only ones worth using are parasite and anarchy, or run a good rolled typhoon.

1 ResponderI just used colony in a vanguard strike and it took all 8 shots to kill a dreg! Rubbish!!!

Deeper pockets increases the reserves not mag size. It's actually a pretty good perk since it adds like 20% to your reserves

1 ResponderColony used to be good, untill they nerfed the Spiders damage range

There’s a lot from the warmind era that could use a rework.

Just use play of the game
