Warlocks in pvp are just horrible right now.
Why are warlocks the only ones who can't activate their main abilities (devour) with having an exotic?
Why can't we use our grenade to activate devour?
Why does blade barrage do more damage in a moment than chaos reach can output over the length of the whole super?
Why does thundercrash do so much more damage than nova bomb and chaos reach?
Why is phoenix dive so rubbish? The cooldown so long? How is it that we have to choose between rift and phoenix dive?
Heat rises needs a serious rework especially with the crazy airborne effectiveness update that has made being in the air pointless.
Dawnblade is horrible right now.

3 RespostasEditado por l TXCO I: 11/8/2022 12:20:45 PMWell for starters blade barrage and thunder crash are both single use supers they don’t wander or do dot like chaos reach and storm trance which both also take a fraction of the time to charge in pvp Also noticed how you left out how stasis warlock is still the only subclass that can freeze in pvp or how their nova bomb tracking is stickier than a skip grenade on hunters with shinobus vow Warlocks also still have the fastest movement in the game in almost every aspect which is huge for a very movement based pvp experience The “in air accuracy nerf” is less effective during heat rises than say a triple jump on hunters and or boosters on a titan Warlocks seem pretty balanced rn especially now that arc Titans seem to be 90% of all problems in pvp and hunters only have a single viable subclass But let’s all be honest pvp is in the worst shape it has ever been and the player count is lower than it has ever been

They’re not horrible but they certainly aren’t competitive or a sensible choice due to the lack of any identity. Titan Arc and Hunter Void are extremely strong kits while Warlock isn’t after they gutted Dawnblade. Stasis is strong and can counter anything but is slow and clunky. They need to address PvP warlock. I think Trials had 10% active Warlocks this weekend. It’s a sad number,

1 ResponderEditado por Hazuki: 11/7/2022 11:04:07 PMIt's a shame that Phoenix Dive is bad right now because the ability itself doesn't require much commitment to use during that neutral stage right before getting a double kill. It's just the cooldown that holds it back. If the cooldown was similar to that of the dodge or the titan thruster ability on striker I think it'd be pretty great.
