I've seen a couple of ways to work around this issue, which is caused when a founder of a clan did not transfer their account progress to Steam from Battle.net: - Try to leave the clan in-game from the Clan menu in your inventory. - Have a friend or another player invite you to their clan and accept the invite (this will act as you leaving your current clan). I mention this because your clan does not list a founder on Bungie.net.
