Slugs and snipers do WAY too much non-precision damage in PvP
These are supposed to be precision weapons and yet they do 140-150 damage to the body. Linears got their body shot damage nerfed, what about slugs and snipers?

Considering regular shotguns and fusion rifles OHK with a body shot snipers and slugs are fine.

Wow we are just running in circles, its a freaking sniper rifle, it should hit like a truck. I will take your idea if all hand cannons have their range capped at 20m and are wildly inaccurate after that

Eh, I wouldn't mind a body damage nerf as long as they keep it so you can still body shot melee combo if necessary. Gotta say though, out of all the things I've seen people complain about, this is the first time I've seen someone care about sniper body shot damage lol.

Editado por greendevi: 5/2/2022 1:03:25 PMSniper body shot is fine . The hardest hitting snipers take 2 body shots 1 head shot , a light weight take 3 shots to the body and 1 headshot . Pluss when ur fighting a sniper u could easily take a body shot and have them eventually empty there only 2 round magazine . The biggest issue with snipers are the insane aim assist on them so even a non skilled player will hit headshots without trying not even getting started on the non flinching bullshit

I made a post about this last week. Reduce all bodyshots to 100 damage from... linears. Bows. Snipers. Slug shotties.

I suppose I don’t see why not. The higher bodyshot damage from snipers only benefits people quick-swapping to something like a HC after a body shot, or those gross titans going for one shot bodyshot kills.

4 RespostasComplaining about precision weapons? Smells like a fusion rifle main. Prolly pairs it with an smg or sidearm just to make sure he never has to aim.

I agree, I’m not gonna lie, I too take advantage of the high body damage in pvp. Its too easy to body shot melee with slugs and its too easy to swap to a hand cannon if Im using a sniper. Thats basically a modified version of the bow swap combo. I never understood how bungie is ok with making high damage precision weapons deal so much body shot damage
