You really can't, that's 3 million xp to level 30, it's impossible to hold 3 million xp. ... I'm season rank 200, I hit 1000 every season. Even holding all the possible weekly 12k bounties you can, topped up with 12% ghost + 6k bounties, it's level 23/24 n that's on 3 characters using 182 bounties.
This guy was talking about 1 character, nevermind 3. Sorry, but not possible

You really can reach 30 instantly.
