Bungie, can you please confirm that going forward hunters will be the only class that is given one hit kill abilities?
Given that titans loose shoulder charge, and warlocks loose handheld.
Hunters keep throwing knife, and shatter still one hit kills but with less of a chance.
I would like confirmation that this is actually the case, because I won't be buying the DLC if it is the case. That is not a balanced game. I'm tired of class imbalances. You do this all the time. I liked a lot of the changes, but that is one that is just stupid.

1 ResponderEditado por WormChi: 12/4/2021 12:45:23 AMAgreed. HHSN nerf seems completely off. All it’s going to do is make it even more difficult to snipe and give shotguns yet another advantage in a mode already plagued by them. It does self damage, has limited range, long charge up time, and is difficult to use mid jump. Either some of these need to be removed or weighted knife needs to do 150 damage like HHSN. Even with the shoulder charge nerf you can commit to an exotic if you want 1hks. On top of all that hunters also get a 1hk nade too? Do they not recall their mistakes of D1Y3?

7 RespostasI see hunters coming up with a million excuses in the comments. There’s a reason why trials and high end comp have always been filled with mostly hunters. After the nerfs to shoulder charge and HHSN, it will be even easier for hunters to ape their way through the crucible.
-
4 RespostasAs a hunter main, I really do hope warlocks and titans still get some one hit abilities comparable to the flux nade. From the sound of it shoulder charge abilities will still one hit guardians with peregrine greaves so thats something at least, but there definitely needs to be some balance there.

25 RespostasHave you seen a singular complaint about throwing knives since their initial aim assist nerf? No, you haven't, because them one hitting is fine. They're attached to a harder to use super, so of course the neutral game needs some sauce. Plus, if I get domed by a knife, I just think the guy threw a good knife. If I get shoulder charged, or supernova'd, it just feels lame. Plus, shatterdive (according to Bungie playtesting), is only going to one hit if the Hunter is fully specced into shatter damage, and you are in the direct center of all 6 glacier crystals. Assuming that's actually the case, it's really not going to be an issue.
-
Shatterdive wont kill at all. Not a chance to work, it is going to do almost no damage.
-
Yaaaahhh one less crylock!!
-
Play every class instead of just one.
-
Don’t forget the one hit sticky nade
-
8 RespostasPretty sure they've said sticky nades will be a one bang.
-
Throwing knife doesn’t need to be a one shot or make it an actual skill shot and remove whatever help the game does for it. Same with flux when that goes live, probably won’t need aim assist

2 RespostasWhy would they give ohk abilities to only one class? Use your head.

8 RespostasThis decision does not make any sense. How do you take an ability and state that while trying to make it easier to use you came to the realization along the way that removing the one hit kill or the most important or only reason to use it from the ability is going to make it better only in pvp. If there’s no one hit kill how can anything less than getting an automatic over shield upon hit ,because let’s be real, the only thing that will result from this change is an automatic kill for your combatants with a responding melee attack from them.
-
22 RespostasIf hunters are so "OP" why do some of the top PvP players main Warlock or titan? Benny - Warlock ZkMushroom - Warlock Aztecross - Titan PureChill - Warlock Frostbolt- Titan Lucky - Titan Grenaderjake and wallah are literally 2 of the only true hunter mains there are.

24 RespostasListen kid, the throwing knife is harder to use than a shoulder charge dont lie about the situation. Shoulder charge can be stopped when you want by choosing not to run anymore, HHSN can be swapped off and stopped. When you hit the melee button for the throwing knife you spend .3 of a second (in a game with a average TTK of what .5?) prepping the knife to throw then throw it, it has NO magnetism and is a relatively slow projectile. And has a long cooldown, dont start acting like its OP, Shoulder charge still one hits with peregrine greaves. And warlocks can still use their middle tree void melees to knock people into walls killing people in 1 hit. It aint the end of the world dont make the situation into something it isnt what the hell do you get from spreading misinformation. (The flux nade has a 2 minute or so cooldown and has no more magnetism so thats gonna be even harder to land)

Editado por amazinj2084: 11/29/2021 8:19:10 AMStop thinking bungie can save their game. They dont understand balance. Thats why bungies dev team struggles making decisions. Trials experiments are a perfect example of them trying to figure it out. but by only focusing on trials, they disregard the other pvp modes. If making titans more primitive, by taking more away from them, is bungies idea of balance, then this game will always feel broken. Same with anything else they do. The pve side doesnt seem too bad outside of every enemy being a bullet spunge.
-
Shoulder charge was already terrible and HHSN was too easy to use. Great changes.
-
If your upset about a change just come out and say it. Your weird round about way of making a point makes hearing out what you actually want to say an unappealing experience. At the end of the day blame the people who can’t shoot straight and ran around with skull fort in pvp thinking that’s a sustainable strategy. If something works well and you u abuse it your going to loose it faster. Titans have had it so good for so long. Something iv noticed about Titans mains. The have many extremely viable options. Most of which are user friendly and don’t require skill or strategy to use. Then the second any of these overly simple to use powerful abilities are threatened they act like the class can barely keep up and everything has been stolen. I’m not a fan of many of the incoming changes. However bungie has made it extremely clear they don’t care about pvp. Why would they put in the effort to make new game modes and maps when they could nerf everything and call it “a new experience”.

Lmao ok bye then. If you seriously need ohk abilities to get kills in crucible you probably shouldn't be playing anyway

The grenade doens't have tracking anymore and will be hard to hit, if people just stoped giving feedback on what they dont understand i wouldn't have to read things like: "Make vex use special ammo" and "fatebreaker is an easy tittle according to gaming journalists"
