It used to be able to do this, it was already nerfed due to it being completely busted

It really was because you would just run up to someone, slide and activate rift. Boom easy 1hk even against supers

Is that not how shatter dive currently is? You run to someone, jump in the air and toss your grenade and boom easy shatter dive kill.

It really wasn't that broken considering I never even thought about doing it until like 3 days ago. What really needs to be fixed is Shatterdive and it's bs. If you shatterdive MY grenade, you should die. Not tank the entire f*cking thing when Behemoth will die if they shatter it

Did you even use it before it got fixed? You complain about shatterdive, but want to put it on Warlocks and make it so they don't even need to use the grenade.

It's nowhere near as strong as shatterdive is. I've used the freeze rift quite a bit, and can count on one hand how many times I've been able to secure a kill with it. Meanwhile, if I used Shatterdive, getting 5 kills with it in a single game is really not that hard to do

Of course. Why would the warlock main say it's not op. Being able to kill everyone around you instantly is literally the same as shatterdive. Don't go trying to deny it. It will never work with freeze rift ever again solely because it was op af. Same reason why shatterdive got nerfed in the past and why it's getting nerfed again.

Actually I'm a titan main, old xbox account got banned so I decided to make a warlock since it's S tier in pve without needing exotic armor from lost sectors. And no, it was never "op af" because, again, I never saw it utilized anywhere in crucible and only considered the possibility of doing it a few days ago. If anything is blatantly OP in crucible, the entirety of the community will hear about it. I never once saw a forum post about it, never saw it used in game, never [i]thought[/i] to use it in game, and never heard about the combo from anyone before. You probably died to it a few times in a game or two and decided it was completely broken
