I think putting iron banner on hold until it can be fixed would’ve been a better move than canceling trials every time this terrible game mode rolls around.
You actually gained some ground and made trials playable and then you take it away and substitute it with the same IB mode and rewards we’ve had for 4 years now?

AMEN! Put the blasted gametype in the storage room till you have time to fix it, Bungo. It's a more annoying version of Control that NO ONE considers competitive. The matchmaking ALWAYS sucks and the rewards are usually trash since you can't focus.

1 ResponderTrials is good for teams that like to bully inferior - solo - players and act as if they've actually accomplished something; Iron Banner is the same exact thing, just more players.

1 ResponderCancelling trials during IB is a good thing but what bothers me the most is that the ib bounties and reward system are not rewarding. You just get 4 bounties and when weekend comes they are normally done. So the incentive to play during a weekend are non existing. Also the way the bounties gives rewards is just insanely stupid. Maybe bad luck but the last 2 times we had IB i got 3 gun drops and 1 gear drop on each character... My suggesting would be either implement the same leveling and reward system like trials now has. (Actually do this for all vendors so you can grind specific gear and guns you want). Or option 2 could be to refresh the bounties during the weekend so you can pick up a fresh set to do during the weekend.

1 ResponderIron Banner doesn't need to be "put on hold ". That's a chidish thing to say. Anything that needs to be done to fix it can be done in it's downtime. As far as not putting Trials on IB weekends, that has nothing to do with anything. Completely separate thing. This season is dry enough without taking away IB.

One thing they should do is put a minimum requirement for light level. Hey everyone I’m 1272. I’m gonna go ruin a team’s experience and play IB. Bc losing and being at the bottom is a good time!

Someone's mad they got Mercied :) Postponing Trials during Iron Banner weekends is a fantastic call. Iron Banner has always been an opportunity for all players to come together to play PVP, and no, it's not rewards we've had for 4 years, we have new weapons rotate in seasonally in addition to a new armor set that actually gives additional rewards for Iron Banner match completions, which is a great positive change. The problem with having both active at the same time is that it splits the player base. Trials was always very light on players during IB weekends which caused incredibly more sweaty matches during those weeks, which was not fun for anyone. The Trials changes have been outstanding, and that includes the one to not have Trials on weekends like this. I'm sorry you disagree, just hop in Iron Banner to finish off your bounties young Guardian.

100% this I was really looking forward to helping my less pvp inclined friends practice more in trials until we heard it's not even going to run on the weekend just because IB is here
