That’s a lot of work. 8 hours of sleep/day if you went to bed immediately. Good luck lol

That's the crappy part. I have trouble sleeping when I get home. Hell i have to take a shower, pet the pooch, get a halfway decent meal in me and then try sleeping. This morning we had an amber alert blow up my phone an hour before the alarm goes off. My wife thought it was my alarm so she made sure I woke up! 🤣 I bet I don't have much trouble sleeping tonight!
