i've completed 48 weekly runs (all 3 characters) and still haven't gotten it, this is ridiculous im getting kept away from the title just because i cant get it, can we get atleast a look into the "bad luck protection system" or atleast add it if we dont have one becase im so sick of this and im not the only one talking about this many others are talking about if there is atleast a bad luck protection system and if its working properly, even worse for us without vex is that the weapon got buffed and we cant enjoy it because of stupid RNG, please bungie talk to us about the chance im begging you guys please. EDIT: I managed to get it today at 51 runs, don't know how though
