Ok I cant be the only one that thinks Whisper of the Worm is in probably the worst possible spot it has ever been in. Currently whisper shoots at 72rpm and Xenophage shoots at 120rpm, ok thats fine so with that information maybe Whisper does more dmg.....Ya no it does less dmg why? IDK I guess its because of the total ammo count? Ha ha ha ha NOPE! without mods Whisper has 18 shots total and that means if you never miss a precision shot it will have a mag of 18 ok cool, BUT Xenophage has a total ammo count of 28 without mods with a base mag of 13 mind you you can just spam the gun at something no aiming for the crit spot just look shoot. So in conclusion Whisper has less ammo less dmg and less rpm then Xeno so to balance it out I propose you leave Whisper where it is in damage rpm and ammo count but make it a special weapon to give a variety to the loadout option because currently the optimal loadout for dps is Anarchy and some kind of Fusion/Slug shotgun. So in putting Whisper as a special weapon it would make legendary power weapons a little more viable by adding a powerful dps tool in the special slot.
