Tangled shore won’t let me in
It’s not letting me go to the tangled shore because of the last call quest, but it’s not letting me pick up the quest because it says I have a max quest capacity, even though I only have 8/63 quests in there. What do I do?

Go to the Tower, next to the Postmaster is a quest archive kiosk. Interact with that kiosk and under the Past section you will find the Forsaken quest. Acquire that quest from the kiosk and you'll be able to progress the Last Call mission on the Tangled Shore.
