A simple list:
1. Weekly bounties that drop Trials gear as a powerful drop;
2. Daily, repeatable bounties that allow people to target farm certain Trials loot;
3. After match Trials rewards, win or lose, but chances of a drop increase with wins on the card;
4. Adept weapons (Increase in normal loot will mean there needs to be incentive for flawless.);
5. Tokens on losses;
6. Anti-cheat (Seriously. Even top tier streamers are getting some pretty detailed cheating accusations.);
7. In-game LFG or optional matchmaking that allows you to keep your team if you play well;
8. Sniper flinch adjusted; and
9. Third person peeking in Trials removed. People shouldn't spend 80% of the most competitive mode in an FPS in third person not shooting. Slows the game down, provides risk free information, it isn't fun, and a good team can lockdown half a map if they coordinate their emotes. And they will coordinate their emotes, even if a sniper isn't even in the game.

6 RespostasEditado por BoogaSuga: 8/20/2020 7:33:46 AMDon't just adjust flinch on snipers. Adjust flinch on all weapons. Flinch is a mechanic that behaves identically for all weapons. To cripple an entire archetype because people are on the receiving end of its intended use is insanity. So cripple all weapons! Magnetism needs to be looked at. If you don't understand the difference in aim assist and magnetism, do some research. Magnetism, especially on the high impacts * cough Revoker *, is more than likely the source of the " snipers don't get flinched " debate.

I know EXACTLY what trials needs:
to not suck
2 RespostasYou forgot paid carries account recoveries and cheaters to removed.

Editado por Fenrir: 8/19/2020 8:33:51 PMEveryone assumes they know what Trials needs. But no one ever asks what Trials wants 😢
-
Editado por Haunter: 8/19/2020 4:42:27 PMIndeed, I'd also add flawless armor ornaments, people will still complain as they always have about hard content in destiny but this is what the mode needs Sniper flinch should have been looked at years ago, just yesterday I was spraying crits with a sacred providence with high cal in gambit and got revoker'd through the shots

The problem with Bungie is their insistence on making big changes every 4 months rather than small, less periodically-spaced ones. It's clear they're bent on making extremely polarized Metas and regulations that are suddenly flipped upside down in the next patch. Balance and immediate customer satisfaction are definitely not priorities for them.

1 ResponderThe third person thing should ONLY BE IN TRIALS. You dont want to kill off montage making because of 1 pvp mode.
-
5 RespostasAgree with all but #7. Just like raids, matchmaking shouldn't be an option. That being said I think a good anti-cheat is number 1 priority followed by loot incentive then 3 peeking. Snipers dont bother me that much tbf, I just avoid certain lanes if I'm shotgunning or off angles/lanes if I snipe.
-
1 ResponderI pretty much agree with everything here except the random weapon drops. I get the intention but with the way matchmaking works people will still reset after one win. High skill players can curb stomp low skilled players and low skilled players will just suicide for hours to get drops.

I agree with this all the way. Especially the sniper flinch. You know what we need too? Frequent, but small, sandbox changes. That way there wouldn't be significant changes in meta and it would be a slow shift. The sandbox is ruining PvP for me. Would be nice if they never implemented some weapons in general too. Nothing like only running into 600rpm autos, Revoker, Arbalest, and Bastion.

The only thing wrong with Trials is that it exists.

Trials needs to be sunset
-
All great suggestions but they will fall on deaf ears. Bungie is not listening and will only make the game mode worse.

3 Respostas
A simple list: 8. Sniper flinch adjusted; and
This^^^^^ is needed badly. For the entire game!!!!
-
3 RespostasHonestly they just need to make trials the exact same as D1 trials. D1 was perfect for both casual and sweats. Being able to get armor/weapon/tokens drops on both wins and losses and then adept weapons and armor ornaments for going flawless. Perfect system back then.

2 RespostasI thought this post was going to say.... “It needs to go”

1 ResponderNice list. There needs to be incentive to play the game mode for players who do not feel that they are strong enough for 3/5/7 wins on a card. Right now there is no incentive at all.
-
#6 should be the one and only priority for Trials right now. Anything else is irrelevant if we dont have a clean game mode, but i dont see it happeing anytime soon, if ever.

I think that the best posts, the ones with the most unbiased feedback get buried somehow because nothing in this post is unreasonable and would make for a better experience
