I still remember when Bungie took away Fatebringer, because it was overpowered and everybody would use it all the time. Then Bungie brought ZS into the game and made it the default for every arc burn NF. I hated that loud and noisy weapon that just erased everything in its path and that was used by everybody to rush thru the NF. smh

2 RespostasYes, we have Riskrunner. What you guys seem to be forgetting is that Zhalo was an arc weapon in the Kinetic slot. I'd love to see a return of exotic elemental raid weapons. Zhalo is cool, but imagine if they brought Midnight Coup and Ghost Primus back with an extra perk and an elemental type.

I agree. Gotta change the perk though. Maybe have it chain pulse lightning instead of constant lightning. And enemies killed by the arc projectiles explode in a high damage arc explosion. I don’t know just a thought off the top of my head to make it different than riskrunner

2 RespostasEditado por Tamacountry: 2/1/2020 12:49:10 AMAs others have said, Zhalo will never come back as Riskrunner is pretty much identical (If you have it masterworked anyway as it generates orbs) Overall I would say that Riskrunner is superior as it’s effect it’s much stronger, With Zhalo only beating it out in range but everything else is inferior. Red Death won’t ever come back either as Crimson is the same too even though that was less range then Red Death. Only reason Zhalo was used in D1 was because it was an elemental primary in the age where that wasn’t a thing anymore.

I’d rather something new that didn’t blow, unlike most new exotics.

Yup... Zhalo was great for breaking up team-shooting stacks, which is sorely needed in D2.

I agree. Awesome auto rifle. Can anyone Imagine if Bungie gave it Thunderlord's exotic perk for every other kill?

Riskrunner does the same thing but one thing I did love about zhalo is how it doesn’t require you to take damage in order for the arc to scatter upon you enemies. Riskrunners arc damage is far stronger though, Im not into the take damage to deal damage. If zhalo ever came back it would have to work differently from its original form so rusk runner doesn’t disappear from the game.

This is what I would do: - Increase damage resistance to 100% in PvE, stays at 50% in PvP - Increase Arc Conductor duration to 10 seconds - Every ARC lightning kill extends it by 3 seconds - Every Riskrunner kill extends it by 5 seconds - Getting ARC lightning kills recharge your Super energy, increase Super recharge if using an ARC Subclass Also I wouldnt mind if we got a Void and Solar version.
