Destiny Cured My Insomnia
I’ve been having trouble sleeping lately and thanks to corridors of time that’s no longer a problem.
I thought I’d jump in and knock out the 19 codes for the lore since it’s going away tues. I made it to 9 and feel asleep playing the game smh.
Holy crap is that boring as hell... I honestly feel sorry for the poor ppl that had to QA test that activity, it must of been mind numbing for them.

My mate said he'd be ake me through it last night, I said is it boring? He didn't reply, suffice to say we did one code. I felt bad he knows I love destiny and lore but I just couldn't. We did a savathuns song and he got duty bound first run. We're not friends now

My W holding finger actually hurt so I plugged the controller to continue running the damn codes Why wasn't it just shoot the plates or dunk balls on symbols or shoot symbols or stand on plates .. any thing not involving running 4 minutes to enter 6 symbols

You know as well as everybody else that bungie neither plays their game or hires people to test it. Instead they charge players to test it.

I got through 7 and decided I wasn't doing the rest of them. I know the devs are proud of the puzzle and all, but this is not The Witness grade puzzle solving here. There was absolutely no fun in this for me.

Pro tip...top tree void hunter, put on stompees, and turn your mobility up to 100 with mods. Still painfully boring, but much faster. You can blow through it without wasting time taking a shot

I did the code for the emblem first. Then, I was like, well, I am here, I should just knock the rest out. So I started with 1... and that's where I ended. It seems like a giant waste of time even for a giant waste of time.

puzzles are just way too tedious for me to get into the corridors of time is boring and niobe labs is annoying when you screw up late in the activity and have the restart the entire sequence of codes

Yea it wasn’t great. It’s why I let the streamers figure it out. I take the time and solve the puzzles in the game that a single person would actually be able to do. Not things like that and Niobe labs. Hell no

1 ResponderWhen I went through it my honest first thought is why they couldn't have used a concept similar to the wall of wishes from the Last Wish raid. You enter a code and run through the corridor to whatever was contained within. Sure it's not as large or expansive an idea as what the corridors are actually like but I think I would have rathered spent my time doing that then spending a long time just running through corridors for some lore and an emblem.

Boring? Yes. I did 8 the first night and the rest the following night. What REALLY pissed me off was when I finished the 19 and went in to do the final map, apparently I zoned out quite a bit and missed a gate or two. Wound up doing the final map about 5-6 times before completing it. That.....pissed me off....a lot.
