I have the "Tributes - Golden Hero" Quest where my requirement is to offer 3 Tributes. https://i.imgur.com/5JyRkSB.png I also have "The Tribute Hall - Invitation From The Emperor" Quest where my requirement is to offer a Tribute. https://i.imgur.com/scaS57k.png Purchasing Tributes from the Status of Calus all say "Require Quest Progression" and are grayed out. https://i.imgur.com/YL0fg6i.png I've completed Menagerie and Heroic Menagerie. I've completed at least 1 of every Leviathan Raid. I've visited the Tribute Hall countless times and tried to interact with everything in the room, but the door remains shut. https://i.imgur.com/0JMS0tQ.jpg I have turned in 4 Boons of Opulence. I've completed a few of Werner's Bounties.
